Thank you for your order! You are now a part of the Lou&Jo family!

Unfortunately as a small family business, we are not yet big enough to offer free returns and delivery.
It is your responsibility to take care of the return shipment and we highly recommend you send a shipment with tracking.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, not been washed, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If possible use the original package and enclose the delivery receipt.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note:

If the returned article has been washed, stained or if it has a strong smell, we reserve the right to refuse the return of this article. Please understand that we cannot accept as we will not be able to put these items back on sale.



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@loujoshop.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 



Customs duties and taxes are not covered by Lou&Jo.

Please note that import duty and VAT may be applied for deliveries outside Europe. As the recipient of our products, you are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.

Payment of these is your responsability and necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Unfortunately we are unable to advise on the amount that this may be. This will depend on the value of the shipment.
